I consider it a privilege to coach my clients and one of my primary goals is to help them understand the nuances of exercise techniques. It’s important to me that they achieve the desired results while performing the exercises with the utmost safety.
My passion is to challenge my clients while making exercise interesting and fun. With over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry, my clients say one of my strengths is that I “mirco-calibrate” exercises to gain maximum results, in less time. In doing so, I educate and motivate my clients to be their best. I offer individual fitness training, small group training and nutrition coaching.
